Terms for Adding Your Partnership Financial Credit Union VISA Debit Card to a digital wallet.
These Terms apply when you add a Partnership Financial VISA Debit Card (PFCU) to a digital wallet (Terms). In these Terms, you and your refer to the cardholder, and we, us, our, refer to Partnership Financial Credit Union. A digital wallet is an electronic device, online service, or software program that allows a person to store payment card details for the purpose of performing an electronic payment transaction with a compatible merchant. When you add your PFCU VISA Debit Card to a digital wallet, you agree to these Terms.
- Adding Your PFCU VISA Debit Card
You can add your PFCU VISA Debit Card to a digital wallet by following the instructions. If your PFCU VISA Debit Card or underlying account is not in good standing, it will not be eligible to enroll in a digital wallet. When you add a PFCU VISA Debit Card to a digital wallet, you are allowed to use your PFCU VISA Debit Card to enter transactions where a digital wallet is accepted. Digital wallets may not be accepted at all places where your PFCU VISA Debit Card is accepted.
- PFCU VISA Debit Card Terms
Your PFCU VISA Debit Card Terms do not change the terms and account agreement that govern your Debit VISA Card, when you add your PFCU Debit Card to a digital wallet. A digital wallet simply provides another way for you to make purchases with your PFCU VISA Debit Card. Any applicable interest, fees, and charges that apply to your PFCU VISA Debit Card will also apply when you use a digital wallet to access your PFCU VISA Debit Card. Partnership Financial Credit Union does not charge you any additional fees for adding your PFCU VISA Debit Card to a digital wallet or using your PFCU VISA Debit Card in a digital wallet. Digital wallet providers and other third parties such as wireless companies or data service providers may charge you fees.
- PFCU Is Not Responsible for a digital wallet
PFCU is not the provider of a digital wallet and is not responsible for providing digital wallet service to you. We are only responsible for supplying information securely to a digital wallet provider to allow usage of the PFCU VISA Debit Card in a digital wallet. We are not responsible for any failure of a digital wallet, or the inability to use a digital wallet for any transaction. We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of a digital wallet or any other third parties regarding any agreement you enter into with a digital wallet provider or associated third-party relationships that may impact your use of a digital wallet.
- Governing Law and Disputes
Federal law governs these Terms and, to the extent that state law applies, the laws of the state that apply to the agreement under which your PFCU VISA Debit Card is covered. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to any dispute resolution procedures in your PFCU VISA Debit Card agreement.
- Ending or Changing these Terms; Assignments
We can terminate these Terms at any time. We can also change these Terms, or add or delete any items in these Terms, at any time. We will provide notice if required by law. We can also assign these Terms. You cannot change these terms, but you can terminate these Terms at any time by removing your PFCU VISA Debit Card from a digital wallet. You may not assign these Terms.
- Privacy
Your privacy and the security of your information are important to us. Our Consumer Privacy Notice
(https://www.mypfcu.org/about/privacy-policy/) applies to your use of your PFCU VISA Debit Card in a digital wallet. You agree that we may share your information with a digital wallet provider, a payment network, and others to provide the services you have requested, to make information available to you about your PFCU VISA Debit Card transactions, and improve our ability to offer these services. This information helps us to add your PFCU VISA Debit Card to a digital wallet.

We can provide notices to you concerning these Terms and your use of your PFCU VISA Debit Card in a digital wallet by posting the material on our website, through electronic notice given to any email address or telephone number you provide to us, or by contacting you at the current address we have on file for you.
