In order to serve you better, we started remodeling our Franklin Park Office on August 12th. We expect this project to last 12-16 weeks. As a result of this effort, the office will have a fresh new look that mirrors our other offices with a more efficient floor plan design that helps our members get to the employees they need to see, more quickly and more easily.
Due to the extent of work being planned, there will be some inconveniences, including our lobby being closed during the model. However, we have made plans to minimize your inconvenience. These include:
- Use our drive-thru service. You’ll be able to do all the things at the drive-thru that you did before the closure, however, coin counting will not be available.
- Utilize our branch in River Grove at Triton College at 2000 5th Ave., Building C. We will have staff from our Franklin Park office there, so you’ll see familiar faces. It’s just 5-10 minutes from Franklin Park and you will be able to do virtually everything you could do at that office, except replace debit cards. For loans, we suggest making an appointment by calling 847.697.3281. No Loan Officer available from 12:30-1:30 pm. - ATM will be available 24 hours a day throughout the remodeling period.

- Use our online and digital tools. At our website, you’re able to open accounts, apply for loans, transfer funds, pay bills, check balances and make check deposits through your mobile app and more.
